Last week I was in a hurry with loads to do but wanted to cook for my man anyway. I just love it, sure it would be a relaxing night. Indeed it was! The only thing is that when I opened the fridge, I remembered the market list I was ignoring for so long. So I had to be creative and to use the only thing I had in the fridge: potatos!

Thank god they are so versatile. While my boyfriend was out buying the filet, I managed to make this recipe because it is so fast and so yummy. The “how-to” on the pics are in portuguese, but you can see what you need there.

After slicing the potatos, all you need is to bring them to the oven including olive oil and to wait around 40 min. Voilá!
