Can’t help myself when I see a match between two prints. And I do see this often.
It can be a match on the colors, on the patterns, anything really. It is kind of subjective, an intuition I’d say. But to mix prints is more like a feeling and a state of mind than a planned or ruled action. So, let your imagination guide you in the task of mixing prints in your wardrobe and play around.
The whole point when dressing up is to have fun and to follow your mood. So, just go with the flow and start matching up and dressing up.
Here I am wearing Lindex Pencil skirt from their Holly & Whyte line. Recentlly Lindex added larger sizes to this specific line (they already have the Generous plus size line) and are planning to soon add larger sizes to all their collections. How great?
This is indeed a major step towards a real democratization of fashion. Not only in the speech as many brands do, but a real action, increasing the sizes and including more people in their shops. It does make me happy.
I paired the skirt with a plain white V-neck tee and a gorgeous Kimono from River Island Plus Size RI PLUS – their plus size collections are classy, colorful and very well made with affordable prices. I have posted here other looks from RI Plus – this beautiful long dress and this amazing occasion dress.
