Short as in Scandinavia or long as in the tropics, summers are the best. But sometimes not the best for our hair or skin. I have been using a lot of time searching and testing products that will help me to dimish the damages on my hair and skin that may have been caused by sea and the sun. That’s how it goes, you can’t avoid the fun things in life just because they may do some bad to hair and skin. But you can certainly get help from good products to fix it afterwards. There is a time in life when prevention is the best remedy. Better to prevent than to cure, right? Not only talking about health but also about life. Wisdom comes with age and one thing I learned along my 34 years in this world is that sometimes it takes almost no effort to save ourselves from enormously damaging situations – whether emotional or physical damages. You just have to respect yourself, your boundaries and wishes. When it comes to health, prevention is clearly the best and it takes no effort at all.
