The bare legs days are officially gone for now in the Nordics. Temperature drops every day but some days ago we had the chance to enjoy the last bare legs outfit. And I loved the combo. The midi skirt has such a great fit. The perfect pair for the trendy checked blazer. You will want to see this.
ILL Have you ever felt like magazines, internet and society kept telling you that as long as you weigh more than “you should”, sexy is not for you? I feel the burden of not carrying a standard type of beauty and so, to feel a bit misplaced when the matter was feeling or being considered sexy. That’s not a problem of low self-esteem, that a problem of lack of inputs and examples on the media. But come with me, this is ending now! Especially because you can win a voucher to get your own look at Missguided.

Can’t help myself when I see a match between two prints. And I do see this often.
It can be a match on the colors, on the patterns, anything really. It is kind of subjective, an intuition I’d say. But to mix prints is more like a feeling and a state of mind than a planned or ruled action. So, let your imagination guide you in the task of mixing prints in your wardrobe and play around.
The whole point when dressing up is to have fun and to follow your mood. So, just go with the flow and start matching up and dressing up.
Here I am wearing Lindex Pencil skirt from their Holly & Whyte line. Recentlly Lindex added larger sizes to this specific line (they already have the Generous plus size line) and are planning to soon add larger sizes to all their collections. How great?
This is indeed a major step towards a real democratization of fashion. Not only in the speech as many brands do, but a real action, increasing the sizes and including more people in their shops. It does make me happy.
I paired the skirt with a plain white V-neck tee and a gorgeous Kimono from River Island Plus Size RI PLUS – their plus size collections are classy, colorful and very well made with affordable prices. I have posted here other looks from RI Plus – this beautiful long dress and this amazing occasion dress.
