I’ve been looking forward to this post. Today we are officially launching the “Uperfektepiker” – the unperfect ladies in a free translation – is an online collab of 18 female profiles in Norway, with different backgrounds, that will talk to the new generations on the “perfect life”. But what is that anyway? Who are we? Read more.
EDIT JAN/FEB 18 – IT ENDED UP THAT THIS GROUP IS FAKE AS A PERFECT LIFE. IT IS A “PERFECT LIE”.
SCROLL DOWN FOR AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ON THIS CASE. IT ACTUALLY CHANGES EVERYTHING.
The idea of a perfect life and a perfect self is spread and intensified by social media every day, all the time. I’ve been talking about these unachievable ideals with my work for so long now. For this reason, I am so happy to be part of the”Uperfektepiker”. Finally, there will be a group of women, like you and me, talking about different matters of women’s lives, in an honest, transparent and real way.
We have a common desire to contribute to the changing mindset of today’s youth. We have all different backgrounds, from models, fashion and makeup experts, to cross-country skiers, nutritionists, osteopaths, yoga teachers, personal trainers, feminists and not least all of us with experiences.
Starting today, we will be all over Snapchat talking to you. Make sure you follow us there: uperfektepiker
We are 18 ladies, with different backgrounds and personalities that are willing to step up the conversation and share with you, experiences, ideas and tips on different matters within our lives as women in this world.
Are you curious? I hope so.
Follow us and join the conversation.

More on us:
We will share Experiences from mental problems and the struggle to perform perfectly in every possible way. Several of us may be the scapegoats, those who think society contributes to poor self-image in young people through perfect pictures and the pressure on exercise, nutrition and health for an optimal life. Maybe we can turn it over? Show the unfiltered life behind social media. We want to meet you with a tense relationship with training, food, friends, school and, not least, y ou who have an unhealthy relationship with yourself. We also want to be an information channel, inspire to be fond of yourself as you are, inspire change and tell what really happens in your body when you try to stretch yourself to be the perfect girl when you perform 110% instead of 80%. Then, to you who read this here, add "uperfect girls" to Snapchat and follow us on Instagram and Facebook with the same name. After I first published this post I had my first Snapchat takeover. I talked about my story about how I found out a late pregnancy, how it changed everything and how society judges mothers and expect from them an unachievable role. I got very positive feedback, people related so much to my story that I eveb got pictures of babies. It was just great.
But it seems like the other 17 girls did not think the same. I was excluded from the group for being “too different” from them. You can see all the details on my instagram. All the girls listed above are helping to promote a fake idea of inclusion and diversity. Please, go to my instagram to understand the sotry and take your own conclusions.
